Order Processing Times
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it within 2-5 business days. During this time, you’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed, and we’ll provide tracking information as soon as it’s shipped. Please note that processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons, holidays, or special promotions, but we do our best to keep any delays to a minimum.
Shipping Times and Rates
We work with suppliers worldwide to bring you unique, high-quality products. Because of this, shipping times may vary depending on your location and the origin of the product. Typically, standard shipping takes between 10-20 business days, while expedited shipping, when available, takes 7-15 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 3-5 days for tracking information to update on the carrier’s website. You can track your order directly on the carrier’s site or through the tracking link provided in your email.
Delivery Times
Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, local holidays, or postal issues within the destination country. We strive to ensure timely delivery, but please be aware of potential delays.
Shipping Destinations
Ace Active currently ships to most international destinations. If shipping restrictions apply to your country, you will be notified during the checkout process. We aim to bring sustainable products to as many customers as possible and are continuously working to expand our shipping regions.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees. These additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price. Order Issues and Missing Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at customerservices@kayza-mena.store and we will do our best to update it before shipping, though we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
For lost or stolen packages showing as "delivered" in tracking updates, please reach out to the carrier first. Although Kayza is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will assist you in filing a claim if necessary.
In case of delivery delays, please allow additional time. If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days, contact us, and we will look into the matter.
